What is Aware AI?
Aware AI is an ambient AI operating layer that connects Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Plaid into a single intelligent assistant. It handles email triage, calendar management, financial tracking, and proactive follow-ups across your day.
How is Aware AI different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose chatbot with no persistent connection to your real accounts. Aware AI connects directly to your inbox, calendar, and finances and takes actions across them on your behalf — drafting replies, booking times, surfacing what needs attention — instead of just answering questions in a chat window.
What apps does Aware AI connect to?
Today: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Plaid (bank, brokerage, and card accounts). More integrations are added on a rolling basis.
How much does Aware AI cost?
Aware AI has three plans: Core at $20/month, Pro at $40/month, and Ultra at $80/month. Annual pricing is lower per month.
Is Aware AI safe with my data?
Yes. Aware uses OAuth so credentials never leave the original provider, encrypts tokens at rest, scopes access to only what each integration needs, and lets you revoke any connection at any time from Settings → Connections.
Does Aware AI replace Calendly?
Yes — every Aware account gets a native booking page at stayaware.ai/meet/your-handle, plus inline 'suggest times' inside email replies that pulls open slots from your real Google Calendar and auto-sends the calendar invite when the recipient picks a time.
Can Aware AI read my emails?
Only the Gmail accounts you explicitly connect, and only with the scopes you grant. Aware reads new messages to triage them, draft replies, and surface action items — and never sends a message without your confirmation (Pro and Ultra plans).
What is the Aware AI Daily Brief?
The Daily Brief is a short morning summary of what matters today — top emails awaiting a reply, the day's calendar with prep notes, and money movements worth knowing about. It's included on every plan.
