Aware AI — Refund & Billing Policy

Aware is a live, usage-based AI platform that immediately allocates infrastructure resources, API access, connector processing, memory indexing, storage, operational compute, and third-party service consumption upon account activation and use. Because platform resources and operational costs begin immediately after activation and usage, purchases made through Aware are generally non-refundable.

Aware currently offers recurring subscription plans including $29/month (Aware Core), $49/month (Aware Pro), and $99/month (Aware Ultra). Annual plans may also be offered at discounted pricing equivalent to approximately ten monthly billing cycles.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Except where required by law or explicitly stated in this policy, Aware does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, credits for unused time, retroactive cancellations, or refunds after platform usage has occurred. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals only.

Aware operates partially on real-time infrastructure consumption. AI provider costs, storage, vectorization, connector syncs, indexing, and orchestration costs may begin immediately after account activity.

Refund reviews may be considered solely at Aware's discretion for: - Duplicate billing caused by platform error - Accidental duplicate subscriptions - Verified fraudulent transactions - Unauthorized purchases - Billing malfunctions

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit rights you hold under applicable California consumer protection statutes. To inquire about California-specific rights, contact support@stayaware.ai.

Aware reserves the right to suspend platform access, restrict account functionality, freeze affiliate-related payouts, recover outstanding balances, and offset disputed amounts against future commissions where permitted.

Affiliate payouts and commission structures are governed separately under the Aware Affiliate Terms and related policy documents.

Subscriptions, credits, promotional balances, affiliate incentives, and platform entitlements are non-transferable, non-resellable, non-exchangeable, and generally non-refundable.

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not reverse prior charges or consumed usage.

Temporary outages, degraded provider states, queue delays, maintenance windows, API provider interruptions, or sync latency do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Disputes arising from platform usage, subscriptions, billing, or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
