Aware AI Terms of Use & Membership Agreement

By accessing or using Aware, you agree to these Terms and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Affiliate Policies, and Acceptable Use Policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Aware platform. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Aware does not knowingly permit users under the age of 18 to access the platform. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate that account and delete associated data.

Aware AI is a company registered in the State of California. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Aware offers three membership tiers — Aware Core, Aware Pro, and Aware Ultra — available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Each tier includes access to AI assistant chat, image generation, memory systems, and connected integrations, with higher tiers providing increased usage limits and additional features including tax intelligence, business expense tracking, and expanded automation capabilities. Pricing and current plan details are available at stayaware.ai. Aware may also offer usage-based AI credits, connector-based services, and additional paid features.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Credits, AI usage, operational compute, and connector consumption begin immediately upon use and create real operational costs. Please review the full Refund & Billing Policy for details.

Aware provides AI-generated outputs that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular situation. Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.

Aware does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or professional advice of any kind. No AI-generated content should be construed as professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in these areas.

Certain platform features allow connectivity to financial accounts through third-party providers including Plaid Technologies, Inc. By using financial integration features, you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy and authorize Aware to access your financial data solely to provide the requested Services. Aware does not store your financial account credentials.

Users may not misuse the platform for fraud, spam, harassment, scraping, malware, prompt injection, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, exploitation, or abusive automation. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Aware reserves the right to throttle, suspend, restrict, moderate, investigate, or terminate accounts, payouts, automations, connectors, or platform access at any time if abuse, fraud, security risks, or policy violations are suspected.

Platform services, AI providers, connectors, integrations, and automations may occasionally experience degraded performance, outages, failovers, delays, or provider interruptions. Aware does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aware AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, operational, reputational, or data-related damages arising from platform usage.

Disputes arising from platform usage, subscriptions, billing, or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Class action waiver applies.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
